What you'll do:

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Credit Risk Operations Associates.
• Execute commercial credit underwriting frameworks.
• Guide team in identifying credit risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational delivery and process improvement.
• Set clear goals and provide regular feedback on performance.

Who you are:

• 6+ years of experience in commercial credit underwriting and risk modeling.
• 1+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
