Compensation:
$205,800 - $308,800 per year
What you'll do:
Manage a team responsible for network design, operations, and automation tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a global team of network engineers.
- Design and operate corporate office networks.
- Establish metrics for operational efficiency.
- Resolve complex network issues.
Minimum requirements:
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Deep knowledge of routing protocols and network security.
- Hands-on experience with Juniper hardware.
- Automation skills using Python or similar.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with wireless design.
- Familiarity with enterprise network builds.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
