Core Recruiter (AMER)

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$104,600 - $156,800/year

What you'll do:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress.
• Build partnerships with HR and finance to scale hiring.
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various initiatives.
• Provide reporting of key metrics to drive decisions.

Who you are:

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of recruiting analytics.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools.
