What you'll do:

Implement Stripe’s rewards philosophy, partner with HR and management on compensation matters, conduct market data analyses, and ensure effective communication of compensation programs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in global compensation programs
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices
  • Proven analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
