What you'll do:
Oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
- Collaborate with recruiting analytics for accurate hiring progress reporting.
- Generate a healthy pipeline of candidates through various initiatives.
- Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.
Minimum requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience with sourcing tools to manage talent pipelines.
