Compensation:

$143,200 - $214,800 per year

Architect and run searches end-to-end, source exceptional talent, and design candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Shape roles with hiring managers and drive assessments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and high judgment in decision-making.
