Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in London and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200/year

What you'll do:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress.
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with hiring teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools.
