Business Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

This role is based in Dublin HQ with options for hybrid work.

Compensation:

€68,800 - €103,200/year

What you'll do:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and enhance candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Ensure accurate reporting of hiring progress.
• Build partnerships with HR, finance, and compensation teams.
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics.

Minimum requirements:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience as a trusted advisor in the recruiting process.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
