Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000 per year

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, partner with internal stakeholders, and drive recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build partnerships with compensation and HR to scale hiring.

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
