Compensation:

$104,000 - $156,000/year

What you'll do:

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategies, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive recruiting strategies.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to scale hiring.
• Generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates through various initiatives.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics.
