Business Recruiter (12 Months FTC)

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$106,400 - S$159,600/year

What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill junior level and high volume requisitions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
• Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record in managing high volume hiring.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines.
