What you'll do:

Own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Fulfill junior level and high volume requisitions.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives.
Generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Provide timely reporting of key metrics to improve processes.

Requirements:

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Strong track record in managing high volume hiring.
