This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues through direct user interaction (Slack).
- Develop product and platform expertise, working closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
- Optimize support processes to enhance efficiency and improve user experience.
- Create and refine documentation for self-service issue resolution.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet key performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in a customer support role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, self-starter with a process-oriented mindset.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Prior experience with cryptocurrency support.
