Compensation:

$159,300 - $238,900

• Design and innovate on brand systems and visual identity.

• Iterate quickly and innovate on ideas and narratives.
• Shape a flexible brand system that exemplifies Stripe’s commitment to craft.
• Solicit and provide feedback among teammates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of design and art direction experience.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools.
• Experience with AI tools for design innovation.
