Billing Solutions Architect

This role is based in London.

Compensation:

£138,800 - £208,200

What you'll do:

Serve as a technical advisor, develop solutions for customer challenges, and influence product development based on customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on billing solutions.
• Solution Development: Architect solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Customer Success: Partner with sales to drive opportunities for large customers.
• Product Influence: Provide insights to influence product development.
• Knowledge Scaling: Create best practices and training materials.
• Technical Support: Resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Sales Support: Represent technical aspects in sales forecasts.
• Market Engagement: Participate in marketing events.
• Regional Expertise: Understand the DACH region's market dynamics.

Minimum requirements:

• 10+ years in technical sales or pre-sales roles.
• 5+ years in payments or fintech industry.
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations and billing systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
