Billing Solutions Architect

This role is based in Berlin, Germany.

Compensation:

£138,800 - £208,200 per year

What you'll do:

Serve as a technical advisor, develop solutions for customer challenges, influence product development, and enhance customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the subject matter expert on billing and revenue recognition solutions.
• Architect solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Partner with sales teams to drive opportunities for large customers.
• Provide insights to influence product development.
• Create best practices and training materials.
• Resolve complex technical issues for key customers.

Minimum requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales roles.
• 5+ years in the payments or fintech industry.
• Strong technical acumen in API integrations and billing systems.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
