Benefits Specialist

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$101,100 - $151,600 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance projects such as ACA reporting and manage benefit enrollments.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and process Workday events.
• Manage vendor eligibility files and reconcile invoices for accuracy.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years in benefits operations with US-based insurance experience.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and Workday.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
