APAC Solutions Architect (Mandarin Speaking)

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$289,300 - S$433,900

What you'll do:

Uncover customer pain points, design tailored solutions, and lead strategic engagements to enhance Stripe's presence in the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical discovery and business analysis to inform solutions.
• Lead engagements and design technically sound solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as the voice of the customer within product and engineering teams.
• Deliver compelling technical demonstrations to showcase Stripe's platform.

Who you are:

• 7+ years in a customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and API architectures.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
