APAC Renewals Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$152,400 - S$228,600

What you'll do:

• Work with existing customers and Account Executives to develop sales strategies for renewals and revenue expansion.
• Partner on deal strategy and negotiations for complex renewals.
• Research user purchase history and provide recommendations.
• Assist with complex quote creation and optimize scalable processes.
• Report regularly to stakeholders with strong analytical insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in a tech environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in leading complex negotiations.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
