What you'll do:

Partner with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies for renewing and expanding revenue, assist in negotiations, and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:

Work with existing customers to execute sales strategies for renewals
Partner on deal strategy and negotiations for complex renewals
Research user purchase history and make recommendations
Assist with quote creation and identify scalable processes
Report to stakeholders with analytical insights

Who you are:

3+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success
Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Mandarin
Experience in a high-growth tech environment
