Compensation:
S$152,400 - S$228,600/year
What you'll do:
Partner with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies for renewing and expanding revenue, assist in negotiations, and optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
- Work with existing customers to execute sales strategies for renewals
- Partner on deal strategy and negotiations for complex renewals
- Research user purchase history and make recommendations
- Assist with quote creation and identify scalable processes
- Report to stakeholders with analytical insights
Who you are:
- 3+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Experience in a high-growth tech environment
