APAC People Consultant

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$148,800 - S$223,200 per year

What you'll do:

Advise front line managers on performance management, facilitate key People programs, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers on performance management and coaching.
• Consult on People policies and best practices.
• Analyze organizational health trends and present insights.
• Ensure excellent employee experience through key life cycle stages.

Who you are:

Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of APAC employment legislation.
