APAC People Consultant

This role is based in Singapore.

Compensation:

S$148,800 - S$223,200

What you'll do:

Advise managers on performance management, facilitate key people programs, analyze organizational health trends, and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with managers on performance management and employee relations
• Consult on Stripe People policies and best practices
• Facilitate performance review cycles and employee engagement surveys
• Analyze key people data to inform strategy
• Ensure excellent employee experience through lifecycle stages

Requirements:

• 7+ years of HR experience, with 2-3 years in a client-facing role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of APAC employment legislation
