This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$115,100 - $172,700

What you'll do:

• Design and execute operational cadence for sales forecasting and reviews.
• Provide actionable insights on sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Analyze sales data to shape annual planning processes.
• Collaborate with Finance and Strategy teams for resource management.
• Manage operational processes and develop centralized tools for data insights.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in B2B sales strategy, operations, or analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and business intuition.
• Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and large data sets.
• Preferred: Proficiency in Python and BI tools like Tableau.
