AI/ML Engineering Manager, Payment Intelligence

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$278,200 - $417,200/year

What you'll do:

Oversee teams within Payment Intelligence, drive strategic direction for AI adoption, and ensure consistent ML/AI decision-making across payment processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a decisioning platform for ML/AI consistency.
• Collaborate with the ML Foundations team to deploy Stripe’s Foundation Model.
• Enhance performance analytics and risk management capabilities.
• Expand Payments Analytics solutions for user performance awareness.

Who you are:

10+ years in ML model development, 5+ years in team management, strong project leadership skills, and a passion for solving complex problems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in data-rich products like payments or financial services.
• Knowledge of ML applications in fraud prevention and consumer intelligence.
