AI/ML Engineering Manager, Payment Intelligence

This role is remote in the United States.

Compensation:

$278,200 - $417,200 per year

What you'll do:

Oversee the development of decisioning platforms, collaborate with teams to deploy AI solutions, and enhance performance analytics across Stripe's services.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a decisioning platform for consistent ML/AI decisions.
• Collaborate with ML Foundations to deploy Stripe’s Foundation Model.
• Enhance performance analytics and risk management capabilities.
• Expand Payments Analytics solutions for user performance awareness.

Who you are:

10+ years in ML model development, 5+ years in team management, with a strong builder mentality and a passion for solving complex problems.
