Accounts Receivable Manager

What you'll do:
- Build, develop and lead a team to support global billing and collections deliverables.
- Implement strategies to optimize cash flow and resolve complex billing disputes.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance teams to maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance and maintain existing policies and procedural documentation.
- Drive end-to-end improvement of input processes to enable scale and productivity.
- Identify gaps in current systems and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience, with 3+ years managing operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with fluency in U.S. GAAP.
- Strong knowledge of gSuite tools, Salesforce, and MS-Office products.
