This role is based in Bengaluru, India.
What you'll do:
- Build scalable accounting processes to support global growth in payment processing accounting.
- Partner closely with product, go-to-market, and finance teams to understand new products and contracts.
- Assess internal controls and design new processes for emerging business activities.
- Plan and perform monthly and quarterly close activities including journal entries and financial reporting.
Who you are:
- Accountancy qualification (e.g. CA, CPA) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in monthly close processes and financial statement preparation.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
