Account Executive, BaaS Product Sales (German Speaking)

This role is based in Berlin, Germany.

Compensation:

€161,900 - €242,900/year

What you'll do:

Drive revenue and client acquisition for BaaS products, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for driving revenue and new client acquisition.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Understand sales processes and competitors.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams.
• Collaborate across the organization to shape products.

Who you are:

• 6+ years of customer-facing experience in technology or payments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
