Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Safety & Policy

This role is based in London or Stockholm with flexibility to work from home.
What You Will Do:
- Build and scale machine learning systems for proactive content detection, classification, and pre-publish safety scanning.
- Design and implement policy evaluation frameworks, including standardized datasets and continuous improvement loops.
- Develop multimodal models for safety and policy enforcement.
- Mentor and support other machine learning engineers.
Who You Are:
- You have experience building production-grade machine learning systems.
- You are experienced with ML evaluation and multimodal machine learning.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
