Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work within North America and EMEA regions.

Compensation:

$227,495- $324,993/year

What you'll do:

• Design, build, and evaluate reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development.
• Promote best practices in ML systems development and testing.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate and A/B test signals in recommendation systems.

Who you are:

• Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with production ML systems in Java, Scala, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with tools like PyTorch, Ray, and cloud platforms like GCP or AWS.
