Staff Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in London or Stockholm.

Compensation:

$227,495- $324,993/year

What you'll do:

• Design, scale, and refine reward signals for recommendations through hands-on ML development.
• Promote best practices in ML systems development across the organization.
• Lead collaborations to integrate and A/B test signals in recommendation systems.

Who you are:

• Strong background in machine learning with expertise in statistics and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale ML projects and production systems in Java, Scala, or Python.
• Familiarity with tools like PyTorch, Ray, and cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
