Senior Software Engineer (low level Video Experience)

This role is based in London, UK.

What you'll do:

• Develop a world-class mobile video experience optimized for low-bandwidth environments.
• Drive innovation in video technology by coding in C++ with Swift and/or Kotlin.
• Debug performance issues across various operating systems and devices.
• Design and implement low-level C++ video components for decoding and adaptive playback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality video experiences.

Who you are:

• Over 8 years of experience in video playback and a strong understanding of video streaming technologies.
• Hands-on problem solver with expertise in adaptive bitrate streaming and frame-level control.
• Experience with platform-level frameworks like VideoToolbox or AVFoundation.
