What You'll Do:

• Develop a product vision and strategy for the Playlist core experience.
• Collaborate with other teams inside the product area and across the company.
• Prioritize a long-term product roadmap for your team.
• Drive alignment for your strategies, roadmap, and metrics across the organization.
• Use data, insights, and experimentation to inform decisions.
• Ship impactful features that move Spotify’s topline metrics.
