This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work within the North America region.

Compensation:

$147,595 - $210,850/year, plus equity.

What you'll do:

  • Define and own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for Ads Privacy.
  • Navigate user privacy and performance, translating regulatory shifts into actionable insights.
  • Establish a scalable user consent and choice platform.
  • Shape ads ML and AI strategy in line with regulations.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy Engineering, and other Product teams.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in ad tech, privacy, or data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
