Senior Product Manager, Acquisition & Retention

This role is based in London, United Kingdom or Stockholm, Sweden. You’ll partner closely with product, design, marketing, finance, pricing & packaging, and regional commercial teams to shape the end-to-end subscriber journey.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the freemium-to-Premium funnel.
- Shape subscription plans and portfolio in partnership with Pricing & Packaging.
- Lead discovery, design, and delivery of subscriber-facing features.
- Run lifecycle and monetization experiments.
- Translate behavioral and revenue data into hypotheses.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments.
- Communicate strategy, results, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong experience with subscription or monetization models.
- Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes.
- Experience working across global markets.
- Strong judgment in product and prioritization trade-offs.
