Senior Partner Engineer, Experience

This role is based in London or Stockholm, with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:

• Drive partner-specific projects to enable the Spotify experience for millions of users.
• Develop communication strategies and improve partner management processes.
• Unblock teams by assessing technical risks and clarifying uncertainties.
• Ensure high-quality partner solutions and robust testing practices.
• Mentor less experienced Partner Engineers.

Who you are:

• Excellent communicator with experience working closely with partners and stakeholders.
• Experienced in Software Engineering within an agile environment.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Kotlin, Swift, or Java.
• Driven to improve operational processes.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours and occasional travel.
