Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization, Music Understanding

This role is based in New York with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$184,050 - $262,928/year plus equity

What you'll do:

• Design, build, evaluate, and ship LLM-based solutions for adaptive listening experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop personalized features.
• Prototype new ML approaches and improve systems connecting artists and fans.

Who you are:

• Experienced in machine learning with a strong background in NLP and generative AI.
• Comfortable building production-ready applications and deploying ML systems at scale.
• Familiar with cloud platforms like GCP or AWS and large-scale data processing tools.
