Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work within the North America region.

Compensation:

$176,166 - $251,666/year plus equity

What you'll do:

• Design, scale, and refine ML models for personalization.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate and A/B test recommendation systems.
• Promote best practices in ML systems development.

Who you are:

• Strong background in machine learning and statistics.
• Experience with production ML systems in Java, Scala, Python.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed data processing tools.
