Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Content Intelligence

This role is based in London or Stockholm, with flexibility to work from home.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end machine learning initiatives from ideation to production.
• Design and deploy machine learning systems for large-scale content processing.
• Advance capabilities in natural language understanding and multimodal AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence technical strategy.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to AI-assisted development workflows.

Who you are:

• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with large language models and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make technical trade-offs.
• Experience with NLP and multimodal machine learning systems.
