Senior Data Engineer, Cost Platform

This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$164,448-234,926/year plus equity

What you'll do:

• Design and implement scalable data infrastructure for cost and carbon intelligence.
• Own end-to-end data pipelines for cloud cost, usage, and emissions data.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement on data architecture.
• Ensure data accuracy for strategic reporting and investments.
• Mentor other engineers and enhance data engineering practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operating production-critical data systems.
• Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (GCP preferred), Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks.
