Senior Business Recruiter

This role is based in London or Stockholm with flexible work options.

What You'll Do:

• Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver thoughtful hiring strategies.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.
• Build trusted advisory relationships and offer market insights to influence decision-making.
• Source and engage talent proactively using creative channels and data insights.
• Lead debriefs and promote fair hiring practices grounded in Spotify’s Inclusion Mindset.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in full-cycle recruiting in fast-moving environments.
• Knowledgeable about talent markets across EMEA, especially in commercial and business organizations.
• Skilled in using data to inform hiring conversations.

Location:

Stockholm, Sweden or London, UK. Flexibility to work from home with some in-person meetings required.
