Compensation:
$119,424 - $170,606/year, plus equity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop design solutions for consumer-facing projects on the Spotify Advertising Platform.
- Guide product development through visual explorations and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define solutions.
- Support ongoing research projects to enhance consumer ad experiences.
- Design with inclusivity and accessibility in mind.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant product design experience.
- Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail.
- Experience designing consumer-facing products at scale.
- Curiosity about AI and its applications in design.
