Principal Product Manager, Procurement Ecosystem

This role is based in London or Stockholm, with a remote-friendly approach.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full portfolio of products and processes across Spotify’s Procurement ecosystem, including Source-to-Pay, Buyer’s Desk, and Spend Analytics.
• Set and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and success metrics for Procurement at Spotify.
• Lead and support multiple product teams, balancing innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Finance, Platform, and Engineering teams to design, build, and evolve procurement capabilities.
• Define OKRs, track progress, and clearly communicate impact across procurement product areas.

Who You Are:

• You bring 10+ years of experience in product management, including leadership across multiple teams.
• You have experience working in procurement or procurement-adjacent domains.
• You are a strong, empathetic leader with excellent relationship-building skills.
