Compensation:

$182,309.00-260,441.00/year plus equity

What you'll do:

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision for user exploration on Spotify.
  • Shape discovery experiences across key consumer surfaces such as Home, Browse, and Search.
  • Lead cross-surface strategy connecting personalized recommendations and user intent.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams.
  • Use data and user insights to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Who you are:

  • 10+ years of product management experience with consumer-facing products.
  • Experience influencing large product areas across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of discovery, search, or personalization systems.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive user experiences.
