Responsibilities:

  • Own the x-channel marketing strategy for self-serve advertiser growth across acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team and Analytics on campaign optimization.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools for growth initiatives.
  • Work with Paid Media Agency to optimize testing roadmap and paid campaign strategy.
  • Create data-driven growth initiatives across various channels.
  • Report on key engagement and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B performance marketing experience.
  • 2+ years owning paid media strategy and execution.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset.
  • Experience managing agencies and budgets.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
