Machine Learning Engineer

This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work within the North America region.

Compensation:

$148,000 - $212,000/year plus equity

What you'll do:

• Design and implement reward signals for recommendation systems.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate and A/B test signals.
• Promote best practices in ML systems development.

Who you are:

• Strong background in machine learning and statistics.
• Experience with Java, Scala, Python, and tools like PyTorch and Apache Spark.
• Hands-on experience with production ML systems.
