Finance Program Manager

This role is based in New York with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$119,210 - $170,300, plus equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio of key initiatives across Spotify in alignment with mission leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between Finance, R&D, and other vertical leads.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• Monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives.
• Support planning across the Company and Finance mission.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Program Management within Finance.
• Hands-on experience delivering software development programs.
• Able to lead multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment.
• Exceptional communicator and influencer.
