What You Will Do:
- Lead the end-to-end development of experiential marketing programs.
- Translate brand strategy into culturally relevant experiences.
- Design and execute live music moments including concerts and fan events.
- Manage agency partners and vendors for high-quality execution.
- Continuously analyze performance and evolve experiential strategy.
Who You Are:
- 8+ years of experience in experiential marketing or live events.
- Experience working with artists, creators, and production partners.
- Strong understanding of culture, music, and fandom in India.
- Willing to travel and work non-traditional hours around live events.
