This role is based in New York or Stockholm with flexibility to work from home.
Compensation:
$76,840 - $109,771/year, plus equity.
What you'll do:
- Analyze subscriber behavior and engagement patterns to identify opportunities for plan evolution and new value propositions.
- Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of changes to subscription plans and add-on offerings.
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor the health and performance of subscription plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and other Data Science teams.
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
- Proficient in SQL and Python.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
