What you'll do:

  • Explore how listeners experience Spotify Premium and identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
  • Design and analyze experiments to understand the impact of new features and product changes.
  • Build AI-powered analytical workflows to automate complex analyses.
  • Define and track meaningful metrics reflecting the health of the Premium experience.
  • Develop dashboards to monitor performance.
  • Investigate user behavior trends to inform product direction.

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, economics, or computer science.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python.
  • Experience in designing experiments and measuring impact.
  • Comfortable owning projects from problem framing to actionable insights.
