Data Scientist, Podcast Monetization

This role is based in New York, with flexibility to work from home.

Compensation:

$94,584 - $135,121, plus equity

Responsibilities:

• Develop research questions and explore data related to creator monetization.
• Collaborate with teams to improve monetization tools.
• Define and monitor key metrics.
• Communicate insights to influence product strategy.
• Contribute to the analytics community at Spotify.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar Data Science role.
• Degree in a quantitative field (data science, computer science, etc.).
• Experience with product analytics and data tools like Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills.
